Has anyone done the meal plan that's offered on US/IOA's website? $19.99 for an adult - unlimited trips through the counter service line at select locations within the park.

Is it worth it?
Can one adult get the deal and then go through the line twice, getting an entree for one then another in the party? Is that allowed? Can you get a kids meal with an adult meal coupon?

This is our first trip to US/IOA and I am clueless.

Thanks!

This ticket must be exchanged for a Meal Deal wristband at any participating restaurant. The wristband must be worn in order to take part in Meal Deal Program. Only valid at particpating restaurants (listed above). Children ages 9 and under order from the Kid's Menu. Valid for one entrée platter and one dessert per trip through the food service line. Sharing of food is NOT permitted.

DON'T DO IT !! :lmao:

I'm on a diet so count me out. If you are big and love to eat and get fatter and fatter (no offence intended) then go for it.

I've seen threads like this before and I've read this comment and makes sense: If you are on a day when the park closes early, let's say 5 or 6 PM. Then you are forced to have "dinner" at 4 or 5 PM (and if you are in at an attraction you might lose dinner).

The offer applies to just a few selected restaurants.

IMO, just have a good breakfast at the hotel, have a good lunch at a fancy place around 1 or 2 PM, or anywhere, but definitevely you are that going to spend $20

.

FWIW, I think I'm going to try it for my 2 kids on one or two of our "full days" at the parks. Someone said in another thread that it was definitely worth the money for their hungry teenagers!
They also recommended getting the refillable mugs.

Here's a question of my own--If you pay for the adult meals, can you still get something from the kid menu? The PB&J looks like one of the healthiest options, but it's only on the child menu.

I did when I went. We eat Suess Landing restaraunt when they first opened and had a nice meal (fried chicken meal). We then had lunch near Jurassic Park, and dinner near the water rides. On the way out we grabbed a hamburger meal to take with us. In the end it was worth it. Do not share. If you get caught you may not get your monies worth and it is an ethical thing.
