Meal Deal Sipper Cup

Does anyone know if the sipper cup is good for both parks when purchasing only one park meal deal? Thanks

If you only buy the one park meal deal, you will not be able to get free refills with the sipper cup at the other park. They will look at your wristband when you get refills. But you can use the sipper cup for refills that are around $1.50 at any place and at either park.
