Meal deal question

So I am perfectly clear:

for the 29.99 price, one member of your party can get unlimited meals, drinks and snacks at any of the 6 restaurants.

1. The meal includes 1 side, entree and drink.

2. Unlimited drinks ALL DAY.

3. Snacks any time you want as much as you want.

DH drinks ALOT so this would be great!

I was just confused because what would stop families from having one person get the meal deal pass and get 3 meals at 3 different restaurants?

Each time through the line (and they can be long) you (each person with a wrist band) can get one drink, one entree (which may include a side like fries), and one side (this includes the desserts). You have to wait on line like everybody else to pick up your drinks and food and then wait at the register as well. So if you just want a few sides, you might have to go through the line several times. The wrist bands at Sea World are only good at a few restaurants - most on the Waterfront, although 1 (Mango Joes) is over by Shamu Stadium. It can be a money saver if you work at it or stay through supper, but it is a huge time waster.

I was just confused because what would stop families from having one person get the meal deal pass and get 3 meals at 3 different restaurants?

I guess they still trust people to be honest but they also have employees/security cameras that watch the crowds and they would notice someone going through the lines and handing off platters to other people. Person eating the food could be asked to show proof meal was paid for by them. Person with wrist band could be taken to the side and the wristband removed, or escorted with their group to the front of the park and out the gate, or even charged for theft if they wanted to push the issue. ( Probably only happen if the person got nasty with employees or security) SW has a larger amount of county deputies up front in plain sight compared to other theme parks in Orlando who only bring out the deputies stationed at their park when a guest threatens an employee, endangers other guests , or gets really drunk or unruly.

Of course once you leave the area with a bottle of water or a snack there is really no way for anyone to stop you from sharing a bottle of water or a few pieces of fruit with your kids etc.

We get the meal plan every time we visit BG. You get an entree, a side and a drink.
The "side" can be fries, fried pickle, muffin, fruit cup or dessert, etc. You don't get a side and a dessert ~ just one of the other and fruit cup is considered a side.
The kids meal does not come with a dessert ~ just the meal and a drink. Lots of times my kids have gone into the restaurant and asked for an ice cream cone or something and they've given them to them, sometimes they don't.
Sometimes I just get an ice cream cone and give it to them.
You can go in and just get a cone or a dessert or water if you want. The meal plan is really great
