meal deal question about breakfast

Are any of the restaurants that participate in the meal deal (all you can eat) have breakfast included so that I can eat at like 9 a.m. instead of waiting until 11 a.m. for lunch.

Another question. If you pay for the deal, can you ask for a container to take the food outside of the restaurant. I am not asking so that I can cheat the system. There will be two of us and I will pay for both of us. Just wanted to have something to munch on all day.

Just came back next week and we utilized the meal deal plan. The participating restaurants don't open until 11am. Also, they didn't have any take-out containers. Sometimes, we asked for, and received, extra plates. We would place the other plate on top, then wrap it all in some napkins. We would snag a plastic bag from another store.
