I've been away (from Universal last year)

Is the $9.99 meal deal (all you can eat @ certain locations; drinks not included) an ongoing promo?

Can you buy it @ park or is it advance purchase only?

You can get the meal deal, but I saw it for 18.99 on the Universal page. Where have you seen it for 9.99?

Isn't $9.99 the kids price? $18.99 is 10 days in advance on the web only in my understanding. I think it's $25.99 at the gate but I might be off by a buck or two.

I've been wondering about the meal deal? Is it worth the price? Wouldn't you pretty much have to eat all your meals at the park to make it worth it. Also, I thought the options of restaurants was pretty limited from what I read on the universal website, but I don't know the parks and it could be a fair representation of all the park areas.

Here is some info from allearsnet.com
