I booked Magical Express for my mother, father and niece. Since They will be arriving a day after we are. I called MS to do this but they could only book them for the way down because we are doing a Sun-Thur stay and then we are going to AS Sports friday night. So since we were not at DVC on friday I had to call CRO to make the ME reservation for them for Saturday. My question is when I called MS they asked many questions including what time the flight is but when I called CRO they did not ask anything except the flight #. I am afraid they will have something messed up. Do they have a way to know what time the flight is without asking?? I probably am worrying for no reason but I do not want my parents trip to be messed up. Thanks!

I think the day before you leave WDW, you're asked to confirm the ME back to the airport. So, it should all be OK. We've dealt with the 2 systems, and it's always worked.

i just booked ME for 16 coming in for our family gathering ..I spoke with MS and was advised they only need the flight number ..they confirm times.
