ME told me they had my info - Now they tell me they don't.

This is so frustrating. After reading all the posts by people saying that their flight info didn't get transferred from CRO to ME, I decided to call and verify my info was correct. I called the ME number at 866-599-0951 last week and they assured me they had all my information and told me to be watching for my tags.

Well, after reading more on this board, I just now decided to call again to inquire about the coupons for the free pin/lanyard. She couldn't find my info in the system anywhere. I had to give it to her again. Then she asked me if I had received my tags yet???? Well, if you don't have my info, why would you send me tags?

I'm planning on calling again tomorrow and see what the story is this time. You all may want to check, doublecheck and triplecheck that your info is in the system. Just because its there today, doesn't mean it will be tomorrow.

Can't wait to get to Disney and quit worrying about this mess!
 
I received my tags today and they did not have any of my flight information on them. I had called a few times prior to this and they had my information in the system. I called today and much to my dismay they did not have any of our flight information. I don't understand how it can be there 1 day and not the next. We leave on Sunday so you can bet I am calling back on Friday once again to see if they still have my info.
