ME to MCO question

We are flying home from our WDW trip at 8:15 pm. So we are planning a last day to do those "one last things".

Any idea what time we should plan on being back at the hotel to catch the ME bus?

I was thinking of planning on leaving wherever we are at 4 pm to get back to the hotel. If we're early enough, we can grab a quick bite at the food court.

Does that sound about right? We normally fly out in the mornings so on a typical trip we'd be getting up and heading down to the bus.

You should be at the bus loading area and completely ready to go by about 5:00 p.m., since you will be scheduled for a 5:15 p.m. (+/- a few minutes) pick up. You will need time to claim any carry-on bags, use the restroom, etc. before that. I would want to be back at the resort NLT 4:30 p.m. to take care of those things; earlier if you want to make a food court run. I think 4:00 p.m. is the absolute latest you should be in line for the bus at the park. I personally probably would be at the bus stop outside the park by about 3:30 p.m.

I would leave the parks by 3:15, or earlier. Better to get back to the resort early. Then, you can get a bite to eat, get any bags you may have left with luggage services. DME will have you arrive at the bus stop about 5:15ish. When they give you a time, please understand that's the time the bus leaves. The bus will not wait for you. I have read stories from those who thought that was a ballpark figure...nope, it's when the bus is scheduled to pull out. Be at the bus stop about 15 or so mins before the designated time given. Better safe than sorry!!
