ME to GF?

Not sure if this belongs here or not, feel free to move! What position does ME stop at the GF? Is it 1st, 2nd or so on? How about on the return ride? How long is the trip from MCO to GF? Do we really need to meet ME 3 hours prior to flight on return? I have some time before we go, but just wanting to get our ducks in a row, incase DH wants to rent a car instead.

The DME routes are very fluid...GF would most likely share a bus with the Polynesian and perhaps WL or CR, but that's not etched in stone. So, you should plan on it taking an average of 70 mins from deplaning to resort checkin desk. I have made it in 55 mins and then 90 mins...the 90 mins was when we were the last stop and we spent an inordinate amount of time at the previous two resorts taking massive amounts of luggage out from under the bus. 70 mins is probably a pretty good guesstimate.
You should be back at MCO 2 hrs before your flight departure. DME really doesn't get you there way too early. I've heard horror stories of people who cut it too close, and had issues getting on their flight. Security at MCO can be brutal...I've seen the security line take more than an hour plus to get through...not a good thing.

DME will give you a time to report to the bus stop..it is pretty non-negotiable. We have routinely been dropped at MCO about 2 hrs. 15 mins or so before our flight. Time to get through security, grab a bite to eat and relax.
