ME time

Hi all! DH and I are heading to WDW on Dec 28th. Our flight is supposed to arrive at MCO at 7:25pm, and we're planning on taking ME to Wilderness Lodge where we're staying. We have a 9:30pm dining ressie at Whispering Canyon, but I'm wondering if I should cancel this...what do you think? How likely is it (assuming our flight is on time) that we will make it to the restaurant by 9:30?

Also, if I do cancel the ADR, what are our other late-night dinner options?

We can only guess, but since the reservation is in the same hotel that you are staying, I am betting you make it just fine, as long as all is on time. You should be to WL in about 70 minutes from touchdown, but even 90 or 100 minutes would still get you there in time. If you had to, you could always eat first then check in.

I would keep it and take my chances knowing that delays could cause you to miss it....

You should be okay. As already mentioned, the average time, from plane to resort, is about 70 mins. But that assumes you land on time. There are many variables as far as wait times go, but 70 mins is a good base.
You may be able to go to your room first, but you can judge that for yourself once you actually get to the lobby and checkin.
