Does anyone know which resorts are on the ME route to the BWV
and in what order they are dropped off ?

In our experience, it varies. Usually, we stop at Caribbean Beach and then the BWV, but I remember a time or two when BWV was first. Can't really count on the stops or order. Believe it just depends on how ME decides to split up the arrivals on any given day.

If you're planning to be somewhere by a certain time, allow 1 1/2 hours after you land to get to BWV. That could be more if you hit rush hour.
Have a great trip.

You might make dessert, good luck. If you really need to be there, you might want to take a taxi.

There is no set route. It depends entirely on who else landing around the same time is heading to which resorts.

My flight lands at 7pm meeting family at Rose and Crown for an 8:45 reservation !
I also think getting to R&C by 8:45 pm will be a challenge, but not impossible if everything goes your way.

I can't remember a time when we didn't get to the resort by 90 minutes after I walked off the plane. (I do not count the time it takes to get off the plane because some of those people getting off are very S L O.......W)! Try to get a seat near the front of the plane and only carry on what you would be able to take into EPCOT with you so you don't have to stop in the room or at Bell Services. Remember you will also have to go through bag search at the International Gateway, so small or no bags are best. Magical Express can take care of your luggage if you use it, but it may be quite late before you see your bags. If you have to wait for your own bags at baggage claim, there is no way you will make it to R&C before EPCOT closes at 9 (or 9:30 if you're going during the holiday season).

It will take about 15-20 minutes to walk over to the R&C from the BWV lobby (assuming you already have a ticket and do not have to stop at Guest Relations or a ticket booth. Unless a boat is just about to leave the BW dock, you will want to walk rather than wait, It will be much faster).

If you don't have to check in (maybe you are staying with someone else who will have already checked in and picked up your magic band?), you might just make it. If you have to check in, try to use online check in so you know your room and only have to drop off your carry on - either with Bell Services or your room. Check-ins can take 15 - 30 minutes or more, depending on how many are ahead of you and how many are working the desk.

Tell your family, you'll do your best and not to wait for you, but with a bit of luck, you'll be there before IllumiNations starts.

A taxi will cost in the neighborhood of $60-$75. IMO, that's too much just to make a dinner reservation, but if you must be there, that's the way to go.

Good luck!

I've had DME go to CBR, then YC/BC, then to BWV. I've had the bus go to POR, then to BWV. I don't think I've ever been the first stop when staying at BW.
You aren't going to make it for the ADR. You land at 7, off the plane at 7:15. Down to DME by 7:30 (possibly later), onto a bus by 7:50. Leave MCO around 8:10, arrive at BW around 8:40. The least amount of time I've had, with DME, was an hour...gate to resort. Everything was perfect (seated in front of the plane, tram was just pulling in, no wait for the bus, walked onto the bus and it pulled away, and my resort was the first stop! Most times are around 70-80 mins, gate to resort. Once it took 90 mins!
We always recommend figuring on 80 mins. That would get you to BW around 8:30. Drop carry on bags (no time to freshen up!) then rush iver to the IG...8-10 min walk, bag check, tap in, walk to R&C!
Just too close. You could take a cab. That will cut some time off.

My last 2 trips were CBR first, then BW. The time before that it was CBR > YC> BC > BW. My trip last December, I arrived around noon on a Saturday, it took almost 2 hours after landing. The line was very long. One bus was boarding when I got there, I didn't even make it on the next one. It was about 45 minutes waiting in line until we left.
