ME question/name not on reservation?

Please pardon me if I missed this info, but our friends are joining us in December as our guest at WLV. Disney has their names but the reservation form just lists myself and notes 4 guests.
How do they arrange ME? What documentation do they need? Since we are DVC, do they contact member services or do I do it for them?

Contact DVC Member Services -- it should be a very easy question for them to answer for you. I'd imagine YOU, the DVC member, have to provide the info.

Thanks! You were correct. It was as easy as calling Member Services. I just need to supply them with the flight info and they will mail the packet to my friends.
