ME or Shuttle early morning arrival?

My husband and I are arriving in LAX around 6:45 in the morning on a Tuesday. I saw that ME does not start their shuttle service until 7:30. Do you think its better to catch a shuttle like Karmel or Super Shuttle or wait for the first ME? I know either way we're going to get caught in the morning traffic Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

It depends what you want to do. Some people lean towards saving a few dollars by choosing a transportation option than can take a couple extra hours. For me if I have limited time at DLR I will pay a little more to not waste time.

The fastest route will be a taxi, and the taxi drive will know best how to skirt any traffic. But it will cost more than a shuttle. Karmel will probably something similar to a taxi. We have used them ourselves.

I haven't thought about traffic planning our time shuttle time. We are arriving LAX on Tues 7/31 845 am, carry on only and plan to scoot right to the Super Shuttle. Does anyone have an idea how long to get to DL at that time of morning?

although most people have already gone to work, it still doesnt let up until about 9 ish so I would say best case half hour, worst case an hour

How did you like Karmel? When you arrive how do you notify them? Is there an attendant or do you call a number? Thank you!

ME = Magical Express? Unless I'm mistaken, Disneyland doesn't have Magical Express. There is a shuttle bus company called Disneyland Express, but it isn't affiliated with Disney. It's a third-party company, like Super Shuttle and Karmel. I wouldn't see any reason to prefer Disneyland Express over Super Shuttle. In fact, when choosing a shuttle company for my DS's BF, I recommended Super Shuttle because it seemed like they would have a more direct route to our (off-site) hotel.

Experts, please correct me if I am wrong here.

I would wait because 45 minutes is really nothing. You could use that time to grab some breakfast, and there's always the possibility your flight will be delayed.
