ME Help Please!

There is a last minute change developing with our April trip to the BWVs. We arrive early morning on 4/2. My 18 year old nephew is flying down early evening to join us and then catch a ride to my parents (his grandparents) later in the week. We always rent a car and have no experience with ME. I have no problem picking him up at the airport except our one ADR that we made this trip is scheduled for that night. Because it is Easter week, I could not get anything for the other 2 nights we are there. If I have to, I will gladly cancel our ADR to pick him up (he is just so darned cute!) but I am hoping he can use ME. Unfortuantely, I have no idea what to do. Even though he has been somewhat sheltered, I think he will be fine traveling by himself. (Afterall, he goes off to college this fall!) I guess my main question is who do I call to ask questions and schedule him? Can just one member on a reservation use ME or must the whole group? Do we need a ticket? I have no idea where to start. I appreciate any help!

As long as he is named on the room reservation, he is entitled to get a DME ride from the airport to his resort on his day of arrival, and from his resort to the airport on his day of departure. It doesn't matter if he arrives and leaves on different days than everyone else, coming from and going to different cities than everyone else, or whether anyone else on the reservation is using DME.
