ME - Full bus needed?

Hello! We used ME in February, and were quickly onto a full bus headed for WDW.

We're going again in September, and I'm curious as to what happens when the bus isn't full? Do we have to wait for a full bus? How long do you usually wait to leave once you're on the bus?

I've seen buses leave with as few as 5 people on board.

15 minutes is the average time a bus is allowed to wait.

Thanks, Tyler! That's what it seemed to me whenever I've used ME (3X now). I've always waited about 15 minutes, then left, and the bus has never been full.

On the DME from the airport last December there were 12 people including the four of us - that can't be very economical!
