Can Anyone Let Me Know How This System Works. Do You Share Busses With Other Hotels?

I think it goes like this:

Zone 1 -- Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Contemporary, Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge.

Zone 2 -- All Star, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Pop Century, Coronado Springs

Zone 3 -- Caribbean Beach, Port Orleans, Saratoga Springs, Old Key West

Zone 4 -- Boardwalk, Beach Club, Yacht Club, Disney Cruise Line guests only at Swan and Dolphin.

I read the same as above before I left. However, things were different when I was there May 8 - 14. For one, there were very definitely SIX different bus queues, not four. In addition, my bus route included Caribbean Beach Resort, All Star Sports, and Animal Kingdon Lodge, which doesn't fit into the above list. I've since read about other configurations, as well. The only thing I can figure is since they know who is coming in on what flights and when, they might be always rearranging things in order to dispatch and transport as efficiently as possible, making it better for them and us. If that's the case, bravo to Disney and its subcontractors for throwing away the book and doing WHAT WORKS on the fourth day of operations (May 8)!

Returning home on May 19 (used rental car), had some extra time so went over to the ME welcoming area. I think there were 8 or 9 queues inside, hardly any WDW guests there at 4 PM. I suppose that during slack times, every half hour they make up routes, as best as possible with no more than 4 different resorts per bus. There were 6 buses waiting outside, almost empty.
