ME do I need to make reservations?

I finally got my package in the mail - my trip is 3 weeks away, I'm so excited. I have my ME yellow tags - my question, do I have to call ME ahead of time or do I just show up at the ME counter with my vouchers and they will let me on the bus?

If you've received your tags and vouchers, then you already have a reservation. Just go to the DME desk at MCO and they will direct you to your motorcoach. Unlike your return to the airport, you do not have a specific time slot or bus that you MUST catch. The return trip is a different story. You will be assigned a specific pick up time and that will be your buds to catch. If you miss it, you may be out of luck.

Just to clarify, last year we missed our DME bus back to the airport (long story), and the CM at the DME said there was no problem, we'd just catch the next bus, which was about 45 min later. However, we were told that they would not guarantee we'd make our flight (we made our flight with over an hour to spare).

But, I wouldn't bank on this. I'm guessing they'll try to help you get to the airport as soon as possible, but if the next bus is full, or the next bus isn't for 2 hours (unlikely), you could have a problem.

kristenrice is 100% correct. If you have your DME luggage tags (yellow papedr with stciky backing, pre-printed with personalized information), then that is proof that you already DO have a DME reservation.

Now all you need to do is show up.
