ME changes for flights

Our flights have changed how do I go about changing our ME service to new times?

call 14079396244 with your reservation number for your room and indicate you want to change ME information as your flights have changed. No problemo whatsoever

Two bits of advice:
1) If your flight TIME changed but the flight NUMBER has not changed, then there's absolutely no reason to call Disney. Disney's Magical Express's computer system is linked in with the airlines's and airport's computer systems ... if a flight time changes, Disney automatically knows it and automatically makes any adjustments they might needs to make. But if your flight NUMBER changed, they won't know your new flight number and thus you'd need to tell them.

2) If you have any DME-related questions or issues, it's best to talk to DMR itself rather than a resort reservation agent. DME is at 866-599-0951.

That has happened to me both ways.

Last year, our flight no. did not change, but our flight time slipped from 6:03 pm to 6:40 pm. ME noted it and changed our pick-up time for the later flight.

This year, my flight number did change for my departing flight, so I had to call ME to give them the new flight number.

Good thing I checked because I noted on my reservation that my seat no. for the departing flight was still there, but my seat no. for my return flight was not. I called the airline and sure enough, when the info was rolled over to a new account for the new flight number (her words exactly) my seat assignment did not roll over, however I was still charged for making a seat assignment ahead of time. They had to assign me a new seat farther back in the plane. Phew, would have been a drag getting to the airport in the evening, and finding out I had no seat and the plane is full.

Going to Disney, no need to call DME if there is a slight (plus or minus several hours) chagne in your arrival time.
