Is there a way to make a change to our request for Magical Express online? We have changed to a different arrival flight.

You can also wait for Chat to become available on the DVC site (once logged in) and they will update it for you. This would be the faster method than filling out the request form as it is done immediately. Sometimes it can take a couple of weeks for them to process the form.

Or you can call DME directly at 866-599-0951. That’s the DME direct number (actually Mears), so usually there’s not the same time on hold as when calling Disney. And actually, if you’re arriving the same day as with your previous flight, you probably don’t need to notify DME at all. They use those reservations only to estimate roughly how many passengers they’ll have at various times of the day and night. They don’t monitor your flight schedule like a private limo would.
 

If the flight change is for arrival on the same day, it really doesn't matter and you truly don't need to change anything. DME doesn't really care when you actually arrive. They are not going to be chasing you down, holding the bus until you get there or cancel your reservation. The arrival info is only used be DME as a guideline to help them get a rough idea of the passenger loads throughout the day.

The important flight info is the return trip as that determines your pick up time.

Or you could reply to the original email you got from ME regarding your booking. That's always worked for me when making changes.
