ME/BRP multiple room question

OK...so I have two rooms booked under BRP with my AP. So...my name is on both reservations. But that means someone is left out of the name list on one of the rooms (replaced by my name for the AP deal). So then they won't be on the list to do ME.

I was thinking I would just fix the names at check-in, but because of ME, I assume I need to fix the names with a phone call ahead of time??
