ME and car seats?

Do you need car seats for kids on ME? My daughter will be 2 and we are not planning on taking her car seat on the plane but will we need one for the bus?

There are no seatbelts so you can't use a carseat

If you really needed to bring a car seat with you, for example to use on the plane, the car seat would be regarded as baggage for ME purposes and would be stowed under the bus.

Thanks for the info guys. I didnt want to bring the car seat anyways but wasnt sure if we needed it on the ME or not, thanks.
