MDW to TPA $44 O/W

Tampa is only about a 90 minute drive from WDW, so had to jump at this deal. SWA is offering Midway to TPA at $44 ea. way, works out to $107 RT with taxes, etc. Our dates are in October.

We just used TPA in May with SWA for our return flight. For some reason it was about half the price as MCO and had plenty of choices for flight times. Since we were staying in Summer Bay (southwest of WDW) it was only about 1 hr drive, about 30 mins. more than MCO. It was all easy freeway driving too. I actually liked it. We had a convertible, so we put the top down and the radio up and enjoyed our last views of the beautiful FL palm trees.
