MDW - 7 month mark...

So I was wondering for anyway who has travelled to WDW over MDW what you think the chances are of getting a studio at the BCV, BWV or SSR would be at the 7 month mark? It being a holiday weekend and also most likely being a Stars Wars Weekend I'm assuming BCV and BWV might be a long shot. Any ideas? Thanks

We've traveled to Disney over MDW for the past two years. I have gotten pretty much which ever resort I wanted at the 7 month mark. We stayed in a standard view BWV 1 bedroom last MDW, which we booked at around the 5 month mark. We don't stay in studios, only 1 and 2 bedrooms, but they have had availability the last years.

We have been to WDW and DL for MDW many times. The only tricky part is usually getting the Sunday night -- I guess it's popular since it's a holiday Monday but it still costs the lower points of a usual Sunday night.

If you cannot get the resort you want at the 7 month mark you can always waitlist. We did two waitlists last year for our Christmas trip and both were successful. The first was for a studio at BWV or BCV for 12/30 & 12/31. Several months out it came through at BCV. The second was to fill in a missing day on a reservation - AKV 1 bedroom Value for 12/25.

If you can get those rooms on those dates via waitlist, anything is possible !
