MDR Dinner in Concierge One-Bedroom Suite

Can anyone share a little bit about how it works to get MDR dinner in your one-bedroom suite? This is on the Fantasy, if it matters. Any info is helpful, but specifically, can you order food from any of the MDRs, or just the one you would be assigned to that night? Also, do you have to dine at a set time or is it any time in the dinner 'window'?

I’m not sure how it works currently on the Fantasy, but on the Wish, we could order from any MDR (though it had to come from the same restaurant for all ordering) and for any time during their cooking hours. We would order it through the concierge in the morning, sometime after breakfast, and let them know our desired arrival time for that night. It is very easy!
