I am not having any luck with my Disney experience on my iPad or on my droid phone. It does not show my entire window of a vacation , just day by day. Still trying to tweak our ADR's but I travel a lot and don't bring laptop. What am I missing?
 
I think something is wrong with MDE right now. Here I sit, at 1:30AM, at my 60 day mark and the site keeps giving me errors. If I see "whoops, we're experiencing unexpected challenges" one more time I'm going to scream! I was not thrilled about having to plan fastpasses 2 months in advance to begin with and I am getting realllllly crabby and overtired sitting here waiting for their site to cooperate. UGH.
 
Totally agree, I wasn't thrilled with the new FP+, but able to plan with it. But I had no tolerance for when the app/web site malfunctioned. Whenever I had an issue while planning my last trip, I would call the Disney Internet Helpline (phone number I used is 407-939-7765, during the daytime). If there are currently system-wide issues, there won't be anything they can do. But I found them always very knowledgable and helpful and able to fix my problems.

Also, at first sign of any issues with ADRs, I would call WDW-DINE instead. Sometimes they were able to help, other times if dining system is down they can't do anything either. One time when things were really bad with the computer system, they shut down the dining phone line as well

Yeah I guess these last two days have been crap on the website. I hope I don't have to go through what you're going through at midnight at our 60 day mark. This whole experience of course it's fun to plan, but not with all these-glitches. Good luck
 

My brother has a lot of issues with MDE on his iphone. I use it on my ipad and android phone and hardly ever have issues.
Once in awhile it will freeze up on me and close but that's about it.
 
I am able to plan my ADR's on Friday. I've had problems on the website the last couple days. And...I've had intermittent problems pretty regularly. My plan is to call if I can't seem to book any reservations. So....stay tuned!
