Would somebody PLEASE find Disney a decent programmer?!!
I went out to MDE today to link my and DH annual pass.
Here's where I think I made a mistake. I went under my name, linked mine, then clicked on "add another" and added DH's pass. However, now when I look at the reservations, his does not show up in the itinerary.
So...I clicked on "family", and selected his profile. It said there was no ticket link. I tried to enter his annual pass in his profile. I get the response that it's a pass already held by another. This program just seems to be way too unforgiving. There seems to be no way I can go back to my profile, delete his AP from my profile and add it to his. If there is a way, would someone please let me know?
Seriously Disney programmers, the lack of page instruction (i.e., enter ticket numbers under profiled family members and not your own) would have been beneficial.
