MDE says I have no magic bands, but I do.

My MDE just switched to saying "You Do Not Have New MagicBands Associated With This Disney Resort Hotel Stay" before it was asking me to order them. I did order them. That message never changed. Is there a way to fix this without calling?
 
We go this week and I was double checking and saw that mine says the same thing. But then I look and each of us have one "active" magic band so I'm not sure!
 
The message is trying to tell you that you no longer have the opportunity to order new bands as you've either already ordered them, or you've passed the deadline for ordering them.

It's a pretty oblique message, but nothing is wrong.
No need to call. Everything is fine.

Thanks! I see now where I can dive into the magic bands area of MDE and see that they are listed.
 

I went 2 weeks ago and had that same message. I actually had them in my possession when that popped up. They were listed as active so I just ignored it. Everything worked fine.
