MDE says i don't have memory maker?

i already returned home from my trip and MM was linked to my account ahead of time with my disney package/hotel/tickets. now, when i try to download my photos it is telling me i need to purchase MM or link it. Then, when i link it to my old reservation number it says something along the lines that it was already linked. what do i do??
is there a number i should call?

Can you see all your photos on MDE on your phone? Do you have more than one MDE account?

I would call 407-560-4300. You may just be on hold a while.
