MDE Reservation Issues

For the last 2 days I have been unable to make dining reservations through MDE. Whenever I hit the book now button I get an error that the screen can not be processed, please try again. Anyone having or had similar issues. I tried the help desk, but they’re experiencing technical difficulties. Are their issues part of the problem I’m having?

Try on your computer instead of app. If still problems, do in incognito web browser mode. That’s a trick I learned from Disney IT that works well.

I think if it was a widespread problem there would be more complaints on the boards. Try clearing everything, use your computer, try clicking on the actual restaurant and then clicking on 'check availability'. Try different times. If you want 6pm also try 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

I booked my ADRs but it took some doing. Many times it said nothing was available. I just kept trying.

It was something with my credit card on file. I had to go into the website and add my 3 digit code again. Once I did that I was able to book dining again. Not sure why as my card hasn’t changed and it was working fine a few days ago. Just glad it seems to be fixed.

I can't make an ADR even using a different card. The site says call (407) 824-1391 for assistance.

Edited to add: working now. Had to remove one CC and add a new one.

Thank you Beast2Prince! Have been having the same problem. Re-added my 3 digit code and I am now able to book reservations.

I'm having problems with making ADR's for any day of my stay. I was at the 60 day mark yesterday and the only date that showed up was October 3. Today it's up to October 4 but no other days in that week are accessible! My reservation shows in MDE so I can't figure out why it's doing this!
