MDE question

I set up our trip on my MDE. I had my husband open his account up and obviously it is not in his. I can’t quite figure out how to get the info on his. Tried going to the linking area and I put in our hotel conf number but it only came up as error saying it was my reservation. So long story short how do I get info on his app? Thx. (I have him under my friends and family)

If he’s in your friends & family list and you’ve clicked on “share my list”, that should allow you to add reservations/tickets/plans to his account

Select his profile from your account and follow the process to "Connect with this Guest" (note: wording is different between app and website). This process will link the profile of his you currently manage to his account. Once that's complete, any existing plans will appear on his account. If you current manage any MagicBands for him, those will migrate to his account for him to manage.

Guys I’m still having trouble. We are linked to each other and he does show our hotel now but he is only showing my park tickets and not his. Any ideas?

If you look at tickets in your MDE, does he show an assigned ticket? Can you go into his profile & add his ticket there?

Yes his tickets show up in my account but not his. Actually my tickets show in his. I can’t figure out how to get it on his. We are family and friends and I scanned the QR codes.

Initially I did all the plans. My app shows hotel and both our tickets. His shows hotel and only my tickets. I believe I scanned the QR codes on both of our phones. I picked family and friends on both phones. Apparently I’m totally lost with what to do.

I always call Disney IT when there is an issue with my MDE. They are quite efficient and helpful and I don't waste my time trying.
