MDE question

I need help with MDE. I have bought the MNSSHP tickets for myself, my nephew and his wife. I have linked with MDE with his wife but not him. He doesnt remember his username/password. If we don't link, how will he be able to use his ticket? I will get hard tickets when I arrive as I bought them with Passholder discount. Can he use that and any FP I make on it? This is really confusing me
