IVe had some issues with our upcoming trip and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or what.
We are dvc and I've entered my confirmation for my stay. It never shows up as a room reservation that I can see, but when I re enter the number it tells me that the reservation number is assigned to me so I can't use that number as a new reservation.
The next problem is that I ordered annual passes and got the confirmation number to enter for those. I entered it, set up our magic bands, etc but when I go to look at tickets, it doesn't show that I have any. Same thing as above, when I re enter the info it says it's in use and I can't add that.
I called in to set up dining since I've had drama with my reservation info but I want to be able to get my fp+ when it's time.
Do I need to call? Cathy has made me leery of calling since she doesn't ever get any real help. Can any of you solve my problems?
