Mde problem

Whats going on? In my friends list I keep going in and hitting “only plans they share” and hitting save, but it keeps coming up every time I go back in and check it says “all plans” is marked!

Mine did that a few months ago. I had to call and they added some planning note on my MDE to make it work.

Are you using a laptop or the mobile version? and on iPhone? apparently the latest version of MDE isn't compatible with iphones less than a 7. Spent quite a bit of time at GS this past trip because tickets were messed up on the app, and one of the more tech savvy CM said this is a common problem on iPhone 6 when app upgrades.

I have been using yes my iPad and my iPhone I will try it on my computer and see if that works

Might have to clear the cookies on laptop, or use incognito window on laptop too. I swear Disney's IT is the most finicky program ever.

Yeah I just using the laptop didn’t work I’ll try clearing the cookies next
