MDE Online Check-In Issues

A couple of quick questions for the DIS community out there. I know this is probably a dumb question to ask given Disney's lack of technical stability, but I seem to be having an issue getting anything to appear in my room selection request drop-downs. Anyone else have the same issue?

My other question concerns magic band orders. I have 2 room ressies, one DVC and one cash, each at a different resort, and yet I only have one magic band order showing up. I seem to remember that when I had multiple rooms at different resorts in the past I would have a magic band order for each room unless I declined the additional room orders. Anyone else out there encounter the same issue?

The online check-in room request has been nonfunctional for many, many weeks.

I also had an issue with our MagicBands for our trip later this month. We are doing a split stay. We have all of our MagicBands for our second (package) stay. Our first half is a room-only reservation, and for some reason, they only sent half of our MagicBands. I called, and they told me we would have to pick up the missing ones at check-in.

Thank you. That's what I figured, but just wanted to be sure it wasn't something on my end. You'd think they could get their systems straight with all the $$ they pull in.

I just did a split stay in May and both sets of my MagicBands originally were showing up on my MDE but then one set completely disappeared for some reason. I then called the DME tech number and although he didn’t know why it disappeared, he was able to fix it for me with no problems. I’d give them a call @
407-939-7765 and select option 3.
