MDE not recognizing 60+ 10

All my plans--OKW resort & park tickets--are linked to MDE but 60+10 not coming up when trying ADRs. Any ideas what I can do? The phone line says call back.

60+ shows up on my mobile device MDE but any time I try to add a reservation it says it "can't load the page." GRRRRR!
 
Many have better luck on the computer. Also sometimes they go in through the restaurant page itself and that will work better. Basically try everything or they try different browsers, clear cookies,etc

yep. go on the website (not mobile), look up the restaurant you want and click Check Availability. a new window opens saying Make a Reservation. Click on the calendar, it should show your +10. Not sure why you have to migrate to each restaurant's page for that to happen.
 
One workaround - reserve the restaurant you want for the day that is showing up (60 days from today). Once you have the reservation confirmed, go into it and modify the reservation to the day you actually need. This has been working for some people -- as the modification shows the 60+10.

Oddly, this is exactly what I did last week and I could not get past 60 days. Tried several browsers. However, I could do it in the app.
 
Why can't one of the richest corporations with one of the largest customer interfaces have tech that works?!? It's always been bad but by now forcing customers to the digital interfaces without them working correctly & consistently, they are loosing lots of remaining goodwill--especially mine!
 
If it’s not recognizing your tickets go to my plans page (it will check that box I believe) and then go to the restaurant page and click check availability. It worked that way.

That is the only way I was able to make mine back on 3/12/22. App gave error and "try again later" messages. If I tried to search by restaurant--the 60+ wouldn't show. With this method, my 60+ did show and I had to scroll for my restaurants of choice, but it worked.

Nice to know I’m not loosing my mind.
 
I made my reservations today and it would only work if I used the search bar at the top where you put in your date and time and it’s shows you all the options available. It would not show my dates if I went to the page of each individual restaurant.

What’s funny about that is that when I made reservations in November it only worked if I went to the actually restaurant page and searched from there.

Ultimately I’m just glad something worked this morning, but it’s like that website can never be fully functioning all at one time.:rolleyes:
