MDE ? - not able to take someone off list

Hi there- I've taken a handful of trips over the years and have had different people join us and I've always managed their ADR's and FP's. Taking another trip in June and wanted to clean up my friends and family list and some of the people from the past I could easily delete but some of them I get "Can't be removed because of active admissions or plans". Any idea what this is and how I can get them deleted from my list?

If you manage the profile which has a Magic Band or RFID Card assigned, you can't remove it. If you call Disney, they can.

Yep....someone went with us in 2014 and I can't take her off

Had the same issue. It's the Magic Bands like erionm said. I called Disney and they fixed it.
