MDE Mobile App does not show show anything for me!

I was checking the MDE mobile app yesterday to show a friend the FP+ times. The app shows no reservations at all for me...not hotel, no ADRs, no FP+, no friends and family! Everything shows up when I look at the site on my computer. What's up? We leave in 5 days and want to be sure I can access all this when I'm at the parks. I got a new phone a few weeks ago. Do I need to reload the app? Do I need to link something?

PLEASE HELP!
 
Try signing out & in. Even if it looks like you are signed in already. Mine disappeared a few days ago & reappeared. Even if they don't it's probably just a glitch.
 

How do you sign in and out? When I try to sign out from the home page, the screen just bounces right back to the home screen of my iphone!
 
Thanks so much! Same issue... Said I was logged in but my reservations were gone! Logged out and back in again - all good now!

I think my app updated recently - maybe that's when the issue started.

What I did was open the app and touch on the little menu bars/lines in the upper left corner. It should bring up a menu list, and the very last thing on the menu is "sign out." Try that.
 
Yes, there was a recent update and it acts like you are signed out even though it shows you signed in
You can sign out and back in or as I suggest, stop using the very buggy app. Use the website via your browser instead. It's glitchy too but not half as bad as the app

That's what I was doing an it was just bringing me back to the iPhone home page with all my apps. I ended up having to go through the settings app on my iphone, finding the MDE app and signing in that way. Now it works, Thanks for everyone's help!

Yeah, I always use the website on my desktop when I'm at home, but need the app when I'm in the parks.

I'm glad you got it working. I never would have figured out how to fix it through the settings.

My phone has a browser too. That's what I use even in the parks. It's so much more reliable.
 
It was happening to me, but when I go through the site, it's all there. One day they will get their act straight.
