MDE linking issues

I added my mom and dad in law to my MDE so I can book fast passes for them. They now show as "plans managed by you" in my family and friends list. When I try to book though it allows me to book for dad, but mom shows as "no ticket". That both have tickets though.

Any easy fix for this? Any tips to help? If we have to call, who calls? Me or her?

Is her tickets attached to her name under you MDE acct? Did you try relinking the ticket?
