MDE issue- Please Help!!

On MDE app on iPhone (6s), when I try to MODIFY a dining reservation, I get a pop up at bottom of screen that says "Please Try Again. We're having trouble loading this screen." This started happening a couple of days ago.
I don't have any issues trying to modify from a computer.

Any one else have this issue? Any thoughts on how to fix?

I’ve had that issue for about a month now. They filled a claim or whatever they do to have someone in IT look at it. Still haven’t heard anything. Meanwhile I use my DH account to schedule ADR’s because his works perfectly fine.
 
The app has been RIDICULOUSLY glitchy. Use the internet browser on your phone to access it and you should be able to get done everything you need (unless it’s being glitchy, too)

I haven’t been able to modify in the app for a couple of months. I get the same pop up as you. I can book and cancel fine, just not modify.
 

they recently launched a new app that replaced the original one during the upgrade process. My daughters older android, and older iphone had glitchy reactions to update. my s7edge seemed to be ok, but i had to delete the old app, and install the new one.

Just to update...I deleted the MDE app, then downloaded it again. I don't have the issue anymore. I am able to modify my ADRs.
Thought others may want to try the same thing if they are having glitches with the mobile app.

Thanks for the update, I'll give that a try.

ETA that deleting and reinstalling the app did not work for me. I'm still unable to modify ADRs so I'll just use the website if I need to make any changes.
