Does anyone know a different number to call if you are having issues with your My Disney Experience account? For some reason, even though we are staying at CSR, it is only letting me book ADRs a single day at a time. My sister (who is along on the trip) did a chat help yesterday, and then called, and the main line couldn't figure it out.

What really worries me is that they were not sure FP booking would be any different!

Anyone have a similar problem and know if there is a different line to call, or can tell me how to get it fixed?
 
Did you call the website (My Disney Experience, etc) help dept? Phone numbers are shown in the Contact Us page. If they can't help then I guess no one can. But then again, I've never seen them say they can't help or at least escalate to 2nd level
 

No luck. I spoke with someone in the IT department yesterday. He said to them it all looks like it is working. On the calendar that comes up, all of the dates of the trip are highlighted. But if I click on a day that is farther than 180 days out and try to book something, it says there is a problem.

I'm just resigned at the point to booking ADRs one day at a time. If there is a problem when it comes to making FPs, I will not be so calm.
