How can I permanently delete a couple duplicates, so I don’t have to keep deselecting them when I’m working on reservations.

Duplicate what? Friends and Family members? FPs? ADRs? Hotel Reservations? If Friends and Family, you need to use a computer and remove them from your account under Friends and Family, I don't think you can do that from within the app or on the mobile site.
