MDE glitch

Hi-I added my husband to my resort reservation last night and when I got the email confirmation my resort got changed from the contemporary to POFQ (I originally booked POFQ but changed to the contemporary a few weeks ago). I called this morning but they had to transfer me to another department and the hold time was too long for me to wait right now. I’ve also sent an email to guest services. Has anyone else have this happen before and were you able to get it remedied?

What does MDE show?

It shows POFQ but was showing contemporary until I added him.

That's a new one for sure. It doesn't sound right and yeah, I think you may have a concern and not just a glitch on how it is viewed.

UPDATE-I called again last night and the agent was able to loop in guest services to retrieve my reservation!
