MDE friends and family list help

My dd19 is doing DCP now, and she has her own MDE, linked to me of course. I can't figure out how to make her siblings (minors managed by me) show up in her account. They are there on her list, but say "invite pending." Where is the invite going to? They don't have emails.
She made a dining reservation for us and is now trying to link it to the actual people but the kids aren't showing.

Use the chat feature on the website. IT can fix it. We had the same issue linking reservations with friends. The adults linked correctly, the kids broke.

It might be a privacy/safety thing with kids.
