MDE - FP+ and linking family

My FP+ window is coming up this Saturday. I am the only one with a MDE account. Listed in it are everyone on our reservation - DH, DS and DD. Do I need to do anything or will I be able to book FP+ for all members listed in my account?

Also, if we get MM, will DH be able to add photos even without an MDE account?
