MDE family linking

My husband ended up with his own MDE account when he created a Disney Movie account. I've linked him to me as family who can view/edit plans, but he can't manage our daughter. He doesn't even see her, just me. Is this going to create issues when we go and try to get 4th FP+? Will he end up having to run with my MB and scheduling it as me? It seems stupid that creating a Movie account automatically made this happen in MDE.

Right now yes. This is a common problem for families that want to have more than one person be able to make selections and is unnecessarily difficult to set up. I think he can add her to his friends and family and be able to make changes to her as well. It took us an hour at Guest Relations to get this set up the first time, so good luck.

I don't think you can have children in multiple accounts, if you want their MBs to work that is.

If she's on your account and you are linked to him, he won't be able to see her, but he should see you. He just has to make the FP+ reservation for you and him, then you would have to go in and copy the FP+ to your daughter.
