I posted a question five hours ago, received the canned, we have a lot of questions response and then, nothing. Is this the norm?

Sadly, yes. Sometimes, you’ll get lucky with an answer in a few hours, but more often it takes several or even overnight before anyone responds.
 
Yes, they wait until you have just dozed off to sleep and thing ping. Sometimes it’s the following day. Sometimes they ask whether you still want an answer.
 
Any suggestions for a better route to needs addressed at POFQ? Is there an email direct to the front desk or concierge?

It’s almost impossible to get help unless you wait on the phone a couple hours. I sent an email a month ago and never did get a reply.
 
I called and was told hold times were 2+ hours, so instead I opted for chat! It took about 10 minutes to type out my issue in a coherent way, then hit send. I was flabbergasted when I got an immediate reply!! The reply said they were too busy and I needed to call.
