Hi
I just updated the MDE app and read that you can see your charges under "view Charges" and the balance due with the new update.

It doesn't seem to be working for me. What am i doing wrong?:scratchin

I go into the app click on see all plans under the bolded MY Plans and go to the reservation click on it and everything else beside the "view Charges shows up

Any help would be greatly appreciated.:goodvibes

Are you opening it with your phone? maybe you need to open in "browser" on your phone? Just a guess.

You likely won't see the option until you are 60 days or less from check-in. You might also need to have completed online check in before the option appears.

I can access the feature for our September reservation for which I've already completed online check in.
I can't access the feature for our December reservation (online check in not available for 49 more days).

Are you there? Or completed your online checkin?

When I look at mine it says its for Hotel Purchases for "... food, merchandise and more you charge to your hotel account." "Some transactions may take several hours to post."

I wouldn't think we will see anything until we are checked in, like @erionm has found after doing online checkin.

You have to do online check-in to activate this feature. It wasn't working for my October trip. I just did online check-in and that solved the problem.

Same here. And I can see a zero balance. So from this, we now know that online check-in actually establishes an account for you at your resort.

Do you know if you can use different cards with different magic bands in the same room? I'm going with my best friend in 2 weeks, I have done all the planning/booking/etc. My credit card is associated with the account, but my friend wants to use her band to pay for all her expenses there.

Yes you can. They have to do it at the front desk. Each MB can be connected to a separate credit card and that band will only charge to the associated card - even though you're in the same room. Each charge on your bill should indicate the person making the charge and the card it will reconcile to.

But a heads up; sometimes the CM inadvertently doesn't set it up correctly. You should verify that it's going to the correct card by each of you charging something right away and then checking your room account. Easier to deal with a small, incorrect charge on day 1 (that hasn't been charged to a card yet) than learn at check out, that several hundred dollars has been charged to the wrong card.
