MDE app tickets and passes the reasign ticket button switched off on my second ticket

MDE app tickets and passes the reasign ticket button switched off on my second ticket but the change ticket button is switched on still. I'm just wondering if I accidentally pressed the reasign button and if my second ticket has been cancelled.
I left a message in the chat hopefully soon someone will check to find out.

Great news yes everything is ok he said the the reasign button is always switched off for the second and third ticket.
