MDE App Question

My app won't show my Fast Pass selections unless I try to modify an ADR and then when I go back, everything is listed. I have deleted and re-installed the app, and updated my iOS but nothing has changed. Ideas?

Use the browser on your phone and use MDE there instead.
The app sucks.

I always use the phone browser to see MDE, works everytime.

Frequently, when you have a lot of plans (many ADR's and FP, perhaps a big travelling group and a longish stay) the MDE app (and often times even the website) will have difficulties displaying all of your plans, and might even tell you that you have not yet made any plans.

Imagine my surprise and happiness when I saw the update for the app this morning. “Bug fixes and better functionality” Great finally! Promptly install update. Good grief Disney, what is the problem? It’s still horrible. Granted at least all of my plans show up now, but sooooo slow and glitchy. Half the time it shuts down and when it “works” I have to walk away while it’s “thinking.” I’m not usually a complainer, but I truly don’t understand how a company like Disney can’t get this app to function properly and efficiently. Ok! Rant over

I had to call IT last week because none of my plans were on the app. Took an hour to fix.
