MDE app question

On my MDE account on my laptop, I can see my resort/dining reservations, Memory Maker, tickets, etc. On my iPhone (using the same login) I can see tickets and MM, but not resort or dining reservations. Should I be able to?

Yes, you should be able to see everything. It could be a glitch. Have you updated app? They released an update about a week ago.

My DH has had issues with the app. Sometimes he would see our ADRs and sometimes not. He would just have to close it out and restart.

Hi I had a question and saw this thread so figured I would ask. I am going to Disney in sept and we have 4 rooms currently booked but under different names and I will be the one booking and planing everything. Am I able to put all 4 reservation confirmations in my app????

I am having trouble w/the app on my phone today. At times, none of my reservations or Fastpasses are there.

That was happening to me during our trip last week. I had uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it. It happened twice and had to uninstall/reinstall each time. I also have a really old phone.

Today the app has been stinkin it up big time. Nothing is there at times cc on file is gone and constantly getting sorry technical difficulties

This happened to me also. I signed out of the app- then signed back in- all my reservations , etc. showed up then. One less thing to worry about.
